INTRODUCTION
In today's increasingly competitive business environment, most employees know that change is both a necessity and an opportunity for their company: a necessity for competing and survive, an opportunity for growing and prospering. Knowing this however, doesn't make it any easier for them to deal with changes that affect them personally. Any change represents a potential loss--of security, control, responsibility, status, authority, friends, workplace, money, or simply the old way of doing things. PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM The program will help participants manage their own personal transition from the former roles that they play to the new and more challenging roles that they have assumed so they can be more psychologically prepared with the demands and responsibilities that goes along with those new roles.
